Welcome to The Rip, tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Cottage Woods area of the Selah community in South Norman. This bunkhouse-style retreat combines rustic charm with modern comfort, making it the perfect space to unwind and reconnect. Wake up to peaceful views and wildlife of the surrounding woods, and enjoy evenings around your private fire pit. Whether you’re visiting for a family vacation, a reunion, or a weekend escape, you’ll find plenty of space and tranquility here.

The space

The main floor has two primary suites, one with a queen sized bed and the other a king sized bed. Both bathrooms are located on the main floor. Up the spiral staircase you will find a loft style area with 4 full sized beds and two closets. (not yet pictured)

Guest access

You have access to two private parking spaces (more at the top of the neighborhood) and you have access to the entire cottage.

Other things to note

Please note some cell phone carriers do not have service in Cottage Woods. We recommend connecting to Wi-Fi and turning on Wi-Fi calling in your settings. Or you can opt not to and enjoy an unplugged trip!
